Manjeera Diamond Towers:
Location: Gopanpally (near Gachibolwi), near by It hub (Mircrosoft, Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc and Financial Dist.)
Structure: 2 basements + Ground + 9 Upper floors.
This project is a residential gated community project. It consists of 1021 of 2BHK and 3BHk flats. It consists of two Phases:
Phase- I : All are 3BHK. There are 7 (F-J) blocks.
Phase - II : 2 and 3 BHK There are 6 (A to E) blocks.
We have handed over Phase - I and Part-a of Phase -II will be handed over in two months. The entire project will be completed by Dec'2014. The club house building is in progress and the same will be ready with 4 months. The elevation of the building will be as follows:
